All business transactions between clients and Royalride – Limousine & Luxury Car Rental KSA are conducted based on the terms and conditions outlined here (on this website). By placing an order, it is assumed that the client agrees to all terms and conditions specified here (on this website).
1. Purchase of Services
By placing an order through our website, phone, or email, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old.
2. Reservations
The Royalride – Limousine & Luxury Car Rental KSA reservation team is available 24/7 to assist clients. While we strive to exceed expectations, please note that 24 hours’ notice may be required to prepare a chauffeured vehicle for a specific journey. All quoted prices are in AED and cover the service starting from the pickup point (A) and ending at the drop-off point (B), except for services to or from airports or those covered by a fixed charge.
3. Online Bookings
All online bookings require approval from Royalride – Limousine & Luxury Car Rental KSA. In cases where errors occur due to incorrect online map calculations or pricing, Royalride reserves the right to cancel or refund orders made at incorrect prices. If an order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, we will issue a credit or full refund for the incorrect amount.

5. Single and Return Journeys
For return journeys on the same day:
. Waiting time charges apply if the return journey is within 3 hours or outside KSA.

6. Waiting Time
For journeys collected from a Riyadh airport, 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included.
For other journeys, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included.
After the complimentary waiting time, a charge of AED 50/hour (calculated in 15-minute increments) will be applied to the debit or credit card provided at the time of booking.

7. Payments
All charges outlined in the current tariff are payable in advance unless the client has a credit account or pre-approved credit card with Royalride.
Credit or debit cards provided for booking may be charged for additional costs, such as extra waiting time or parking fees.
No surcharge applies for credit or debit card payments, but credit card charges are non-refundable for booking cancellations.
Online quoted prices include VAT and may be subject to additional charges.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations or amendments must be made and acknowledged by Royalride – Limousine & Luxury Car Rental KSA at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time (excluding wedding bookings). Otherwise, the full booking amount will be charged. This policy also applies to bookings made within 12 hours of the pick-up time.
9. No-Show Policy
If the customer does not show up at the designated location for a confirmed reservation, all payments made will be non-refundable.

Payments must be authorized by the cardholder listed in the booking. Royalride reserves the right to cancel bookings without notice if fraudulent activity is suspected. This includes:
Inability to provide full itinerary details, such as pickup/destination addresses and passenger contact information.
Inability to provide cardholder contact details for security checks.
Unauthorized payments or chargeback claims. Past instances of fraud or chargebacks.
If fraud is suspected, Royalride reserves the right to refuse bookings and report such activity to the relevant fraud department.
